You will need to wait until you receive your tracker to complete the activation. The first step will be to enter the unique IMEI on the back of your device. We assure you the wait will be worth it!

Can I activate multiple trackers on the same account?

Yes, as many as you want. Each tracker has its own ID and subscription, but they all appear in the same app, under the same account.

What should I do if the ID is not accepted?

Make sure you are entering the exact 8 numbers (no letters, no spaces). If the problem persists, contact our support — your tracker might already be activated on another account.
