Why do I need a subscription?

The subscription covers the built-in international SIM and access to our servers (position calculation, history storage). Without a subscription, the tracker wouldn't be able to transmit its position.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Go to 'My account → Subscription → Cancel'. Cancel in 1 click, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Can I change my plan midway?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can switch to a longer plan at any time (you pay the prorated difference) or to a shorter one (effective at the next billing cycle).

Are there hidden fees?

None. No activation fees, no roaming fees, no extra costs for features. The price displayed is the price paid.

What payment methods do you accept?
