How do I activate LIVE mode?

In the app, open your map bottom sheet and select the tracker then the 'LIVE' button appear. The position will then refresh every 2 seconds. Use this mode sparingly as it consumes more battery.

How do I create a virtual fence?

Go to the 'Map' tab → 'Icon fence'. Draw the area on the map (circle or freeform), name it, and turn on notifications. You can create as many fences as you like.

Can multiple people track the same dog?

Yes, family sharing is included. Invite other members from 'Settings → Sharing'. Everyone gets their own notifications on their phone.

How does the heatmap work?
