2 years from the date of purchase. Covers all manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase (invoice) is required.

My tracker is broken, what should I do?

Contact support with a photo of the damage and your order number. If the breakage is covered by the warranty, replacement is free. Otherwise, you get a preferential rate on the replacement.

What exactly does the 2-year warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects, battery issues, electronic failures, waterproofing issues not caused by misuse. Does not cover damage caused by misuse (chewing, deliberate crushing).

I lost my tracker, can I replace it?

For 2-year plans, replacement is included (1× over the term). For other plans, contact support for a preferential rate and to transfer your subscription.
